Board of Education Special Meeting

Hayes Center High School

I. Call to Order - President Broz called the meeting to order at 5:03 P.M.

I.A. Roll Call - Present:  Connie Brott, Aaron Broz, Toby Cox, Dexter Lacey, Andrea Richards.  Absent:  Joe Anderjaska.   

I.B. Pledge of Allegiance - President Broz led the Pledge of Allegiance.

I.C. Recognition of Open Meetings Act poster - President Broz notified those in attendance of the Open Meetings Act poster.

II. Action Items  

II.A. Principal contract for 2015-2016 - Purpose of meeting is to communicate with the public regarding the confusion of the Board and the public regarding the principal’s contract.  The vote in the February regular board meeting was 3-3 which resulted in a no action vote.  Therefore, the contract rolls over for the 2015-2016 school year.  President Broz provided a handout for interested parties.

IV. Adjournment - President Broz adjourned the meeting at 5:06 P.M.
